Movement

If you don’t make time for health and fitness, you will inevitably have to make time for illness.

The above statement is one that should never be taken lightly while we are on our journey. It represents not only a compelling reason to make sure that we look after our health, but also describes a scenario that was once not so common as we find today.

Too often, we find that stillness in motion is commonplace. Individuals find themselves working without movement, and thereby give up the health of their bodies in exchange for other benefits.

However, it is imperative that it is remembered to make movement an important aspect of ones actions on their journey.
