'I Am Happy'

A mantra is a very tool. Simplicity however does not mean ineffective. Rather, mantras hold the key to unlocking the immense potential stored behind every individuals mindset. 

There is truth in stating that ‘one is what one says they are.’

It is recommended to attempt the following:

  • Decide on an emotional state which one desires to be placed in, in this moment in time. 
  • Out loud, repeat to oneself the mantra ‘I Am (insert desired emotional state here)’
  • As one states this, visualise the materialisation of the emotional state; imagine what one would do if they felt that state  
  • Repeat as necessary
