One of the most infallible truths of time and experience (read: life), is that change is an occurrence.

It is the very nature of time which catalyses change to take place; with more time comes more action, with new outcomes, experiences, perceptions and ultimately change to follow.

Despite the uncontrollable facet of change, many have found that predominately the number one fear among individuals is for change.

This fear manifests itself in the idea of that which unknown and unfamiliar and is a self imposed trap which far too many impose upon themselves.

One may find that by embracing the natural, inevitable and beautiful concepts of change and growth, that fulfillment, wisdom and freedom may follow.
