It Takes Two

It takes two items to define what the most important aspects of life are.

  1. Fitness
  2. Purpose

Fitness is the catalyst for optimal performance in creation. It allows for blood to flow smoothly, evenly and powerfully throughout the body; clears the brain of plaque and toxins, powers the muscles and creates energy through motion.

Purpose is the direction the action will take you on. Without it in all areas of life, blind action remains. For those who want to receive all they desire on their journey, defining a purpose for all the areas of your life is paramount. In areas of your professional line of work, relationships, leisure time, consumption of food and all of the major areas of your life.
