Gratitude

The positive effects of gratitude on cognition have been shown repeatedly by many. The truth is, when we become truly grateful we don’t need proof to realise the power and positive effect which it has upon us.

The feeling of gratitude can be explained by a deep feeling of thankfulness for those things which makes up an individuals world. To be grateful is to be consistently humble and always aware that all we receive in life is a gift.

 

Remain within the realm of gratitude, and the notion of life will become a blessing and a gift.
